Scope
From very early on in the project we were focused on utilising off-site construction for as many elements as possible to benefit the delivery of the project such as stainless steel rising mains and manifolds, oso stands and valve steps.
The Tower, Sefton Quarter

X1 Developments landmark project The Tower marked the fifth and final stage of The Quarter in Liverpool, delivering 709 apartments in total. Having worked on the four previous phases of the award-winning development we are proud to have delivered the conclude The Quarter with this scheme.
Delivery
The project presented some major challenges to overcome including the small footprint of the site perimeter. A robust logistics plan was developed and implemented to eliminate these issues and enable the project to be successfully delivered in a safe and timely manner.
Outcome
Our ongoing relationship with Vermont was strengthened further through the successful delivery of this project. Our approach to delivery and health & safety was praised as setting us apart from other MEP contractors. Following on from the completion of The Tower we have recently secured further works with Vermont on the Infinity, Gateway and Plaza 1821.
