Scope

Scope

We were approached in 2015 to deliver the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) installation to the scheme, consisting of a seven-storey block with roof duplexes and an interconnected podium with a 28-storey tower with penthouses. The development houses five studio flats, 170 two and three bedroomed apartments and family duplexes with private roof terraces and penthouses.

Working alongside main contractor McLaren Construction, for the London Borough of Hackney, the total scheme took 32 months to complete and was achieved using a team of direct employees and local subcontractors.

The full MEP package included the installation of new heating, ventilation and water systems, lighting and bathroom fittings, fire safety and access control systems, CCTV and security, sprinklers and more.
