Nationwide Building Society (NBS) has been a client of ours for two years, with c.675 branches across the UK and 15 administrative buildings. NBS has branches in locations across the UK, from the Highlands of Scotland down to Cornwall, offering its clients a variety of banking and financial services.
HESIS has successfully fulfilled a service and maintenance contract to Nationwide Building Society for two years, working across a huge number of premises across the UK.
HESIS is responsible for the service and maintenance of just under 700 NBS properties. We deliver approximately 350 planned, preventative maintenance (PPM) calls per month across various fire and security measures, including fire alarms, fire blankets, sprinklers, fire extinguishers and fire doors. In total, the contract is worth c.£900k, with £400k just for PPM maintenance charges.
We undertake a PPM on each building twice a year to carry out essential servicing and ensure that all fire and security measures are functioning effectively. On top of this, we offer reactive breakdowns of our response and delivery within five days of our PPM call.
We service a huge number of branches, and it is a vast undertaking to keep on top of each building and its requirements. However, after a successful initial two-year contract, we re-signed another contract for a further three years at the start of 2021. To us, repeat business is a sure sign of a job well done and we are pleased to continue our service for NBS.
