HESIS is responsible for the service and maintenance of just under 700 NBS properties. We deliver approximately 350 planned, preventative maintenance (PPM) calls per month across various fire and security measures, including fire alarms, fire blankets, sprinklers, fire extinguishers and fire doors. In total, the contract is worth c.£900k, with £400k just for PPM maintenance charges.
We undertake a PPM on each building twice a year to carry out essential servicing and ensure that all fire and security measures are functioning effectively. On top of this, we offer reactive breakdowns of our response and delivery within five days of our PPM call.
