HE Simm relocates its southern office to London’s City Tower

HE Simm, one of the UK’s leading MEP providers, has reinforced its commitment to delivering outstanding services to its London and South East customers by relocating to the heart of the city.

Founded in Liverpool in 1948, HE Simm established a strategic base in the capital in 2013 providing its London customers with a full range of MEP solutions. Since then it has delivered many iconic projects including 190 Strand, InterContinental O2 Hotel and various phases at Elephant Park and Wembley Park.

Relocating to this new state-of-the-art office in London’s City Tower (Basinghall Street) signals HE Simm’s long-term commitment to London and its neighbouring regions. It will also enable the company to expand the services it offers across the South of England.

Gareth Simm, Managing Director, for HE Simm, said: “London and the South East is a strategically important market for our business. This new office is a key part of our long-term plan and reinforces our position in the capital.

“From this new base we will be able to further improve the services we provide, be closer to our loyal and valued customers and continue to grow our project portfolio.

“The new office space will provide an exceptional environment for collaboration with our customers and also our supply chain partners.”

City Tower is a 21-storey tower, which offers a flexible workspace for its tenants. With fantastic transport links and unique views across London it has fast become one of the most recognised and well-established office addresses in Central London.
