Health & Safety

Safety always comes first. Our innovative Passport to Work scheme and focus on behavioural safety increases the health and safety competence of our operatives and has helped halve our accident incident rate in recent years.

We also prioritise our employees’ mental and emotional wellbeing. Mental health first-aiders are now on standby on every site and we have access to an occupational health nurse. We firmly believe that a safe, healthy workplace is also happier, more motivated and efficient.
