Every month, we deal with hundreds of calls, emails and alerts via our client portal. Our service desk co-ordinators are trained in all areas of maintenance and management to ensure that our customers receive the best possible advice and service.
The efficient team acts upon and resolves customer issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports are generated on a monthly basis to provide up-to-date statistics on our performance in relation to KPIs and SLAs.
