This new and exciting role will be working with our HMP offering to provide growth and leadership across the team, to drive strategic engagement across the client base and to maximise new business through project growth.
- Develop clear objectives between the Operational and Sales Teams for Custodial growth.
- Network within the group of companies and lead bids for major projects.
- Look to work with the Group to widen the group offering.
- Develop world class competitive and engaging bids by full use of the bid hub and associated teams.
- Secure long-term growth through innovations and development of the HESIS offering.
- Develop through the use of CRM a Sales pipeline exceeding targets per annum.
- Work with all parties to secure support for the bids as they develop.
