HE Simm have completed the mechanical & electrical works for a new 2 story classroom extension for the Wirral Grammar School for Boys. The works were carried out in 2 phases: construction, fit out & handover of the new 2 story extension followed by the remodeling of the existing first floor classrooms. The project was completed in August 2008; the new extension includes music rooms, physics & biology labs, ICT suite & general teaching rooms. Energy efficient combined heat power units & Windcatcher ventilation systems have been installed.
