HE Simm was commissioned to design and install the building services to a one off luxury penthouse apartment in Liverpool. The integrated systems team worked closely with the architect and client to produce a state of the art apartment that epitomised city centre convenience living. All HVAC, lighting, touch sensitive screens, audio visual and CCTV fully controllable from any computer terminal anywhere in the world. This ensured that the client was able to fully programme all aspects of his apartment to suit his requirements before returning from work.
