Adjacent to the Liverpool waterfront this project has helped to regenerate a previously derelict industrial site into a highly sustainable mixed use development. Comprising 374 residential apartments, over 15,000 sqft of leisure space, a 145 bed 4 star hotel and almost 20,000 sqft of office and retail space, this expansive scheme is a welcome addition to Liverpool’s World Heritage skyline.
