HE Simm was chosen by Downing Construction to work as Building Services partners on their Central Spine venture in Manchester. This Ian Simpson designed scheme comprises 718 student bedrooms as well as 5,000 sqft of retail offering, all focussed around an impressive new public square.

Despite fundamental changes to design and an extremely tight development programme, HE Simm employed innovative techniques to ensure delivery to client, both on schedule and within budget.
