HE Simm was chosen by Maghull Developments to work as Building Services partner on their £25m Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa scheme, providing mechanical and public health services to the development of a 62 bed 4 star hotel and luxury pool and spa complex. Also housing the countries first residential PGA Golf Academy the scheme features a state of the art sports fitness and rehabilitation centre.

Set in 290 acres of former marshland and home to a challenging new 9 hole links course, the resort is now recognised as one of the country's premier golfing destinations.
