HE Simms Success Continues

In what are tough times in this current economic market HE Simm have secured a further £7m of projects in the last 6 weeks, successes include Phase 2 of a 332 bed student accommadation scheme in Newcastle, and a 568 bed student scheme in Leeds for Downing Construction.

Further successes came with new clients for HE Simm, a 124 bed Ramada Encore at Luton Airport with Multibuild, and a 515 bed student accommadation in Manchester with Marcus Worthingtons.

All of the above schemes are design and build.
