HE Simm was chosen by Maghull Developments to work as Building Services partner on their £25m Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa scheme, providing mechanical and public health services to the development of a 62 bed, 4 star hotel and luxury pool and spa complex.

Set in 290 acres of former marshland and home to a challenging new 9 hole links course, the facility houses the countries first residential PGA Golf Academy and features a state of the art sports fitness and rehabilitation centre. Formby Hall is now firmly established as one of the finest golf resorts and luxury spa hotels in the North West of England.
