A new build extra care and dementia unit in Atherton, consisting of 26 ’no extra care’ apartment and 72 dementia units with the following on site facilities:- Restaurant, laundry, café, shop, hairdressing salon, Jacuzzi, bar and library.
HE Simm where responsible for the design, build and fit out of all the mechanical services to the facility working very closely with the clients consultants to ensure the clients very specific specification was achieved.
