This new 5 storey 6th form teaching block was designed to achieve an excellent BREEAM rating and utilises Solar Hot Water, Photovoltaic Wall, Rainwater Harvesting, Natural Stack Venti-lation, Ultra Efficient Air Cooled Chiller and also has 25No 100m deep closed loop boreholes. HE Simm were responsible for the design, build and fit out of the M&E services.
