HE Simm were awarded this project to provide building services to Hope University's state of the art teaching faculty which is used to carry out numerous undergraduate courses. The design, by HLP Architects, uses natural curves to give a modern feel to the open atrium area.
The building was naturally ventilated and uses other environmentally friendly technologies such as solar power, photovoltaic cell and air source heat pumps.
