The development comprises of two Teaching & Administration Blocks for Leeds Metropolitan University and a 22 Storey Student Accommodation Tower, which has recently been awarded the Worlds Best Tall Building. The space was designed to accommodate 5,000 students and staff across 110,000 sqft of teaching space. HE Simm were responsible for the design, build and fit out of the M&E services.
