Maddison Place consists of a ‘village’ of five new self contained two and three storey office buildings. One of the key requirements of the brief was for the buildings to have a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating. HE Simm worked with Bowmer and Kirkland and Clancy Consulting and provided the full design, build and fit out of the M&E services
