HE Simm were commissioned by Downing Construction to work with them to create a clean, green, modern environment within the heart of the city to house 2,000 people from the newly created Border and Immigration Agency. We were responsible for the design, build and fit out of the M&E services to 300,000 sqft of office space across 10 floors.
