HE Simm were awarded this prestigious project by Kier Northern to carry out the building services installation to BDP`s flagship offices. The building has been recognised as one of the best new buildings in the city.
The ultra energy efficient building was substantially naturally ventilated, with super efficient chillers and AHU`s, which abtained an excellent BREEAM rating.
